Monkey Tree Mural

This mural was created for Brendan Brown, born in August of 2001.  Lucky kid!

This theme is based on an enameled medieval vase that depicts a tree full of monkeys that have stolen all of the goods that belong to a merchant who is sleeping at the foot of the tree, and scattered them all over.

In this tree there are 26 monkeys, as well as 26 objects they have stolen, one for each letter of the alphabet.
